Come visit gym owner Pete 'The Jack Hammer' Jackson (power lifter turned body builder) who can help tailor a training programme suited towards your own personal goals.
Pete opened the gym as a way of retiring but has ended up getting more into body building and ultimately competing. Pete's first competition was at the Mr Liverpool competition in 2015 where he came 2nd in the over 60s class. He returned in 2016 and won the over 60s title. Following this was a 2nd place in Mr Northumberland which qualified him for the British finals. There Pete was placed third and won a spot at the World Championships in Rome.
